What do I do if my child is sick and will not be at school?
Please report any absence to the school office at (414) 645-1300, whether sick or for any other reason. Calls should also be made if your child will be late to school. Voicemail messages can also be left at any time.
How do I know if the school is closed?
If weather conditions dictate that there will be no school, a decision to keep the schools closed is usually made by 6:30 a.m. Parents with students in school receive a direct call, text and/or email from our auto-call system since that is the fastest way to communicate with thousands of parents at one time.
What are the hours of the school day?
The school day runs from 8am-3:15pm. If there is an early release, communication will be sent home.
What is needed to enroll my child?
Please contact our enrollment specialist Marth. She can be reached at 920-645-1300. You will need to fill out an online application and submit your most recent WE energy bill to Martha.
Does St. Rafael offer transportation for students?
At this time, we do not offer student transportation.
Am I allowed to attend all school mass?
Yes! We welcome all members of our community. The all-school mass is held on Thursday’s starting at 8:10am.
Is there a school uniform?
St. Rafael enforces a student dress code. Students must wear long or short sleeved polo shirts with a collar in white, yellow, or navy. Students also must wear navy or khaki colored uniform pants
