With a steady decline in Catholic school enrollment across the country, church leaders, education experts and funders are looking at different ways to continue the strong tradition of excellence that Catholic schools have provided for hundreds of thousands of children across the country. With many Catholic schools closing they’re looking at new models to reinvigorate Catholic education for future generations.
With transformation at the heart of our mission, Seton Catholic Schools is already on the path to transforming Catholic education. Our model merges leadership expertise along with a strong educational model to raise the bar for educational outcomes for students. We’re updating instructional practices, supporting teachers with classroom-level coaching and professional development and providing faith formation for our faculty, staff and students. In addition, we’ve established an operational model that creates efficiencies across the network and allows dollars to be re-invested in the classroom.
